Wildcat Hollow is a West Coast Style IPA that’s bitter and full of Tropical and Citrusy notes along with the classic West Coast IPA aromas of Pine and Resin. Canadian 2-Row lays down the base for the beer and is complimented with Red Wheat, Munich, and Crystal 45 Malts to give a nice malty backbone to the beer.

 

Hopped in the kettle with Mosaic and Chinook for aromas of Berries and Pine, we then Dry-hop with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic for more Pine and Berries in addition to Tropical and Citrus flavors. Fermented with an English Yeast Strain to enhance the Fruity notes.

 

Pairs well with Fried Cheese Curds, Pickled Vegetables and Crème Brúlee.
