Reservoir Logs Hazy Pale Ale is a new addition to our CORE beer offerings. We start with a simple grist bill of 2-Row, Wheat, and Malted Oats. These Malts combine to leave a silky smooth base for the big Hop charges.

 

In the Whirlpool we Hop heavily with Centennial and Chinook hops for big notes of Mandarin Oranges and Grapefruit.

 

After fermentation is complete, we Double Dry Hop with Amarillo and Simcoe for BIG bursts of Berries, Peaches and Pine. 

 

Pairs well with Grilled Pineapple, Spicy Curries and Vanilla Ice Cream.
