HAZY NEIPA
Raising Kane! is our last hazy double IPA of the year and it brings the ruckus! 2 row, torrified wheat and flaked wheat lend a silky smooth and pillowy foundation for the fruity and tropical hops. After the boil we lower the whirlpool temperature and add a ton of Cryo Pop hops for a big burst of tropical and stone fruit. After fermentation we double dry hop with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and a touch more Cryo Pop. Stone fruit from the yeast blends perfectly with the tropical and citrus characteristics of the dry hops.
Pairs well with charcuterie, bahn mi and creme brulee.

Many people know the term "Raising Cain" as another way to say causing trouble, raising hell, creating a disturbance. There's nothing wrong with raising a little Cain, but we slipped in the name of our town where we brew and package the beer (Kane) to replace the traditional spelling. Whether you come to our uptown or all the magnificent woods around our town, we invite you to raise some Cain in Kane!
